  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation, is required to process returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Opened or used items, including undergarments and socks, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Receive Authorization: You’ll be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
  • Ship the Product: Carefully package the item and include the RMA number inside the package. Send it to the address provided by our team. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Inspection and Refund: After we receive the item, it will be inspected. If the return is eligible, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • Size or Color Issues: If you need a different size or color, please initiate an exchange request following the return process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll replace it at no additional cost after verification.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • PayPal or Online Wallets: 5-7 business days
  • Hubglaasni Gift Cards: 1-2 business days

Note: Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider as processing times can vary.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to restocking or processing fees.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt, as Hubglaasni is not liable for items lost in transit.
